For reason when im athletic and I try tot sign a player it says you are not allowed to sign non bosque players what does this mean ??.. is it an error or somthing
 
nope, real rules, Athletic Bilbao can't sign players that are not Basque Spanish in nationality :)
 
Bosque? I think you mean Basque. Yeah they cannot sign players that don't have Basque nationality. It is a challenge ;)
 
You can filter Basque only players in the player search screen. :)
 
The Basques are extremely fiercely independent. They want to be independent from Spain, and are a little country all of their own in effect. As such, they like to do little things like this, to uphold their Basque nationality. It happens in cycling as well, the Euskaltel team being comprised completely of Basque riders. Hence, Athletic cannot sign non-Basques. Considering this policy, the fact they've never been relegated from Liga BBVA is pretty impressive.
