Box to box midfielder

End of 1st season with liverpool. I got given a budget of 48mil for the season and have had an offer for mata accepted (27.5m) and contract has gone through which looked very succesful, so i should be signing him soon. I would like a new box to box midfielder as meireles has not really adapted to my sqaud and the league. I would like the replacement to be under the age of 25, and also meireles is transfer listed at the moment and 6 clubs have made an offer which I asked for (12.5m). So I will have 33million to spend but I dont want to spend all off my money on one player.
