Be a manager game
The players will all be in one game together and try to win the bpl. In this game you be the manager of a bpl team and will send me the transfers , buy staffs, resign , retire and the tactics you want to use.

Must be active
must post updates like the chairman game
must attend the in game press conference(or just tell your assistance manager)
Transfers
You can buy players from other teams,if want to buy a player from another bpl team must negotiate and send me email to confirm.The contract details you offer to the player must be sended to me too.
Matches
You guys will send me the tactics and in match day,you will holiday and assistance will use your tactics.
