I am Brighton and just won the title and in the PL. Can anyone recommend any good signings for the PL? I mainly want frees/loans and I have a 11 million budget.

have a look at the teams that have just been relegated from the premier league and raid a few of there top players, scout in scotland theres usually some decent players for very little money
