Hey guys, very few may remember me from ages ago, only just recently got back into FM. Anyway, I have my own tactic that I have been creating and testing for Brighton, it was great. Got me promoted 2nd and good PL finishes until this season. I finished 5th last season and bought some quality players like Ince and Wellington Nem.
My tactic has just been so inconsistent... I'm not sure whether it has anything to do with my managing or if it's just the tactic? I'm halfway through the season and I'm 18th - disaster.
So I would like to ask if any of you wonderful people would care enough to help me...
I am willing to post the tactic if you wish to take a closer look at it, I haven't changed the mentality at all, only the 'run with ball' and 'long shooting' individual player instructions have been changed.
I am seeing that I concede most of my goals from either corners or one on ones.
