Bristol City Tactics

Can anyone help..Im Bristol City in the championship..not doing bad but I always seem to occasionaly get 1-0 wins but more often I draw 1-1
what the **** can I do?
started the season off near the top but slowly slipping..

Edit: I think it might actually be my team talks...i really dont get what i should say in the team talks for home or away

As for team talks look at the match odds,if your favorites then expect a win or you can win today.If your underdogs away then wish luck or pressure off,if its a big game or derby match,do it for the fans.That's only a basic team talk guide though,never use the same team talk two games in a row and make the half time team talk different from the pre match one.If that doesn't work get the assistant to do it.
