The story begins at the end of my second season in charge of Kildare county.Is do because of two reasons.

1When I took the job the team was very weak and in the bottom of the lowest playable Division that I set with 0 points if I didn't save the team from relegation I would have found myself looking for a new job.

2After my team won the relegation final I stayed in the Division and I told myself that I would start a story when my squad in good enough to play for 11 place and above.The next post will be a quick look how me second went.

The good thing about a amateur club is you don't have pay salary's and other things and you could hire and fire at will.After I secured my teams place in the Irish First Division I started to build a team that could fight for more that just 12 place.




I used two match strategies this season.
When I played at home-4-4-2.




Conclusion:Not the best strategy compared to the results that the other teams show. Kildare won six matches ,3 draws and 7 loses and won 21 points.
When I played away-4-5-1.



Conclusion:A very goof strategy compared to the other team’s .Kildare won 6 match 6 draws and 5 loses.
