I'd be deleting the Carling Cup and a Scottish Cup and replacing it with a new cup that has English & Scottish teams involved in it, assuming it's possible that is.
its a big job. you would have to delete all the rules for both england and scotland, then start again from scratch, adding a qulaification rule whereby the winners from england and scotland qualify for a super cup final
