A lot of the bigger teams(except Arsenal) have good British players. What patch were you planning on using because if you download LFC Marshall's update Liverpool have good British players and lots of money to buy more.

I suggest updating to 11.3 as 11.0 is a very glitchy database. As mentioned Liverpool have a good english team on 11.3 and also Man United have a good english prospects

I've not done anything on this thread/edit for a while, but I made a team composed of all British youngsters, Olympic style.

But opposed to that, my recommendation would be Arsenal as they have a very large amount of good Brits
