Sky Sports news can confirm today that Aaron Clark has become the new manager of Blue Square South team Bromley fc. A press conference was held earlier today and this is what Clark had to say-

'Its not exaclty my dream job but it pays the bills, With the right players and staff I might be able to gain promotion from this league in 2 or 3 years time.'

Start of season expectations:

Summary:

After such a bright start to the campaign with three wins on the bounce things just went down hill from there losing the next 4. Theres no one to blame but me for the losses as I tryed alot of different tatics to try and find ones that fit the style of my team. None the less my strikers lacked the ability to finish in the last 4 games. After the first month I find myself in 13th postion, although 6th postion is only 2 points ahead.

Bromley? I've got friends from there, it's just outside Hyde? How can that by Blue Square South.

It is in the South, it's in London?

Interestingly, I've just started with Bromley too - it's my local team (just down the road from Crystal Palace). Will have to chart my progress against this thread - I've got two on-loan forwards, Rose and Kakuta, banging in the goals after a couple of months...

should be interesting i'll follow if you keep this up :P And dont quit after 1 season because 'my brother accidentally deleted it' :P

The next month has started and it wasnt good news as possible take over would lead to my job being axed

Summary:
After a promising start to the month i managed 2 wins and 2 loses in the league, an average month in my books. the results in the league were overshadowed by a dissapointing performance in the Fa cup only managing a replay against A non League side Rmasgate, Which left me with an un needed fixture at there ground which I went on to record my worst result to date. With all this going on the last thing i needed was talks of a take over that could lose me my job but at last some good news arrived:

The next two months will be added tonight, withing the next few hours

Hey,
Loving this story mate.
I'm managing the mighty Bromley at the moment too....
Im in 2026 in the premiership fighting for a champions league place!
Managed to get affiliated with Arsenal to help me get some nice loan deals in the early years.
Have a new stadium which keeps getting expanded, up to just over 40,000 now.
Keep the post updated.

I went into October needing some good results to lift me up the table , i cant say this happened as I didn't manage a single point.

Summary:
A damaging month to my ambitons of promotion, not gaining a single point. to top it all off my Main striker Cassius, who was in great form at the beggining of the season has dropped his form and is currently not scored in 555 minutes of football, i will definilty be looking to invest in a striker come January.

The next month would decide wheter I was competing for promotion or survival and im sad to say its took a turn for the worse:

November results as follows:

Summary:
With all my players morale at rock bottom up until the win at thurrock its not surprising the results. The players unwilling to listen or make an effort. It was no surprise to me when the media doubted I ould ahve the job much longer. I feel its only a matter of time as this team is unworkable!!

My results in December and January Did not improve and not to my surprise my contract was terminated, I am clearly not as good a manager as some people on this site who seem to achieve remarkable things, I through myself in at the deep end and it didnt pay off for me, I will be doing another story but with a higher profile club, if anyone has any ideas it would be much apreciated, sorry if I have annoyed anyone by ending this story, cant help it I got sacked. This was my first ever stroy on this this site and definilty wont be my last just hope i can improve
