I've read a few threads in search of an answer. It may just be my Portsmouth board have got super tight.
end of season my 300k wage budget got reduced to 200k and I can' even negotiate existing players contracts.
Have sold £8m worth of players and go budget back to 300k but cannot adjust still....
Any tips on getting the board to sort this?
