Build me a tactic please

Hi, could someone tell me which is the best tactic to use with my team ? im currently manager of Ac Milan and here's my top players list : Pato,Ganso,Neymar,Ibrahimovic,KPBoateng,Labyad,T.Silva etc. I got alot of midfielders so a formation based mostly in midfield could work.

Well , you have rly good players , maybe a 4-3-1-2 , Raikan pure perfectin , etc , be creative , managers should be creative .... i think i`m drunk .

I would probably use wingers anyway, Using Pato, neymar, Robinho etc as AMR/L.
