Ok guys i've got a young (20) right back who is coming along well from the youth team with good stamina and work rate etc but his marking and tackling are ****.
If I set up an individual training for him intensive in defending, high in strength and reasonable in the rest (I play with full backs overlapping so want some attacking stats) this should improve the stats im concerned about right?
Ive generally used generic regimes before but this lad looks like he could become high quality if his tackling makes double figures...
Also how many points in general will his attacking drop if i focus more on defence (are we talking 1 or 2 or 5-6)
