I used fm Genie to get an assistant with pa of 200 can't remember what hid ca was but was wondering how you develop staff

They develop themselves if I'm not wrong. They develop when they become older. So you must wait for your Assistant to become elder then he will probably reach his 200 PA. Or you can check his CA and tick the "Show future stats" or something like that to see will he reach his 200 PA. Or you can just use FMRTE to change your Assistant to have a CA of 200 and a PA of 200.
