Bury Football Club - Need Help! (Third season)

I'm currently in my third season with Bury FC. I got them promoted from League Two to League One and I've done a Mid Table finish in League One but the next season I'd like to push for a play off spot or even promotion.. Can anyone suggest some players to sign/get in on loan and maybe a tactic?

possibly replace efe sodje at right back and bring in a solid replacement like Shaleum Logan as Sodje is getting on now.
