Hey dudes. FM2015 is the first time I've spent making my own tactic instead of relying on plug'n'plays. Thanks to some great advice on here (cheers legends) I've come up with this great tactic which has given me great success with my Munich 1860 / Munchen Lions side. So much so I'm challenging for Bundesliga title when the expectation was to finish mid table in my second season after promotion.

The reason for coming up with this tactic is like many saves, I ended up signing quite a few decent young strikers. Many of the good tactics on here only have one striker and I wanted to make a tactic to give my strikers as much game time as possible.

The main focus of the tactic is making opposition defenders accountable, drag them higher up the pitch and create space for each other. It also uses the corner plan used by many other tactics on here, but I find I still get most of my goals in general play. As the full backs aren't particularly attacking, you can also play your part-time CBs there too, negating the need for decent backup fullbacks.

Anyway feel free to test it, let others know if it does/doesn't suit your team. I play a number of different players in each role with no major issues, so hopefully it works for you.

PS I've made a number of positional changes with no major change to the efficacy of the tactic including;
Both strikers as F9s
Wingers back from AM to M
Reversing the front four to suit particular AMR/AMLs
BWM from MC to DMC
Changing the ramadeuter to inside forward-support

PSS Both my fullbacks have the "Stays back at all times" player moves, so I've left them as WB(Auto) if your fullbacks aren't so naturally defensive you can set them to support or even defend.
