Has anybody else had any trouble logging into the site due to the server being busy.

Just something I have noticed over the last few days. It's not a massive problem and doesn't really last for very long but it never used to happen before the new site design was introduced
 
The server was always busier than it is now. It's just that this time we close the site briefly to prevent the server from being overloaded constantly.
 
Just shows how popular a site this is compared to the rest out there
 
Server busy threads are sooooo 2008/09/10.
 
this is really starting to **** me off, almost every time i click on a page it says the server is busy
 
Happens to me every other time I click on something (Just happened again when I tried to post this) Have to copy an paste everything I write now so I don't lose it if it happens :(

There are going to be peak times when it happens quite a lot...say for example after the evenings Champions League games finish and people decide to go online just afterwards.

It's just something that you have to put up with for the time being I'm afraid.
 
Honestly don't see what the problem is. Only down for an extremely short space of time

Yeh I don't work 8 hours a day and sleep 8 hours a day. Stop embarrassing yourself. Just because im superior to you doesn't mean I'm on the site 24/7. Tool.
