Buy FM 2012 from FM base while being from France

Hello, I'm sorry to create a thread just for this question but you can erase it afterwards.

My question is - I live in France, can I buy the game from FM base and install it anyway or is it limited to UK customers ? And if I buy is the language multipack included ?

Here is a screenshot from a copy of FM downloaded from FM-Base showing the languages available (and yes French is one of them)...
