Buying FM12 online

Guys, sorry to be a pest, just looking for a quick answer if possible.

I've downloaded the demo, and want to buy the full game. Was going to head in to town and buy it on disc in the sales, but today all stores are closed

Does anyone know if I can buy the game online (via steam) and it will just update the demo. Meaning I don't need to sit for hours upon hours of downloading the entire game again?

You can deffo buy the game through steam, and am 90% sure you can just continue on from the demo.

too that am not sure, but i'll have a look and if a find out ill post it here, but i think you probs have to download full game, then it just copies demo file into game to carry on your save. Someone else feel free to tell me if i'm wrong, because not 100% sure

Pretty sure it is a separate file, so it would need to download it all again.

That being said, FM2012 isn't really that big of a file so it shouldn't take too long.
