Buying Players, but they WONT NEGOTIATE at all!

Hi! I've got loads of money and been trying to sign Evra from Man U i'm Everton. Even if I get permission to offer him he's stupid as ***-looking Manager just wouldn't negotiate with me - what to do? or what can i do?

Would Evra negotiate with Everton in real life? Unlikely unless their reputation vastly increased, what trophies have you won recently?

Have you negotiated with Evra or any of his agents other clients before? If those negotiations broke down and ended badly then depending on what type of agent you are dealing with, they may never want to speak to you again.
