Right, try this...

GK - Goalkeeper [Defend]
DR/L - Wing Back [Support]
DCR - Centre Defender [Cover]
DCL - Limited Defender [Stopper]
DMC - Defensive Midfielder [Defend]
MCR - Box-To-Box [Support]
MCL - Advanced Playmaker [Attack]
AMR/L - Inside Forward [Support/Attack]
FC - Complete Forward [Attack]

Shorter Passing
More Expressive
High Tempo Football
High Defence Line
Very Wide Football
Play Down Both Flanks
Counter Attack

Strategy: Attacking
Philosophy: Rigid

well, last question: how will be the ball possession with this approach??? can I create clearcut chances with this?

Cech

Ivanovic - Alex - Terry - Cole

Ramires - Lampard - Essien

Emmanuel - Drogba - Klaas

What are you doing by using Lampard as DMC and using Malouda as AMR? They are only "competant" to play there. Use Malouda as AML and Anelka AMR. And use Lampard as MCL/R just make sure he's doing mostly offensive jobs with an attacking role. I suggest you to use Obi Mikel as DMC. He's more defensive than Ramires. Also mind using a more attacking player than Ramires in his position against weaker teams. I see you have not much of a choice. So you can use him more offensively or you can just buy someone.

you can not always have the most ball possession, you can create many chances, but it is not always your team manages to make no matter whenever

nono I changed a few position - I dindt let lampard play as dmc :)

but If I use malouda as aml - I cant use him as a ideal inside forward to cut in. his strong food is left. and anelkas strong food is right. I play a narrow approach so I wont use winger, I want to use inside forwards.

can I use mikel as deeplying playmaker dmc and ramires as advanced playmaker like lampard in a mc position?

Then you'll have two playmakers conflicting then.

Head over here and read THIS

Its a 4-3-3 Tactic and i did the treble with Chelsea. Hope it helps

I read it thx for posting - but I still dont know what I am doing wrong with my chelsea squad

First of all you might was to try Koflok's goals galore tactic... it does wonders, thrn go with a formation like

Ivanovic - Alex - Terry - Cole

Mikel

Essien - Lampard
Hazard (or any winger of yoor choice) - Neymar (Or any winger of your choice)

Drogba

read through the posts in the tactic, its quite long i know but it will help you understand it better.

Cheers
