This is a 2-3-1-3-1 Formation, based around Pochettino's style at spurs.

theres a lot of focus on the wing backs, generally turning in average rating of 8 with a load of assists.

Proper naughty results using this, the more pace the wing backs have the better it will be.

Won the league first season with Tottenham, Swansea, Watford and come 2nd with Sassuolo and then won the league 2nd season using this.

First season with Swansea broke the premier league points record.

I try to rotate as much as I can, especially when in Europe to keep my squad as fit and as happy as possible, these seem to be important aspects this year.

I ensure to have at least 2 players for each Wing Back spot to ensure fitness as they always tire quickly and this is an important role.

Player Requirements

Wing Backs: Pace, Acceleration essential, also consider Stamina.

Defensive Midfield: Playing as a half back and because its such an attacking formation its important your DM is very good defensively. Good marking and tackling is essential. I prefer Defensive based players who move forward to play DM rather than central midfield players who are dropping back. Eric Dier for example was extremely good for me.

Wingers: Both inside forwards play opposite feet.
Left Footed = Right Attacking Midfield
Right Footed = Left Attacking Midfield

Striker: I like to have a well rounded Striker as I use a complete forward, the likes of Harry Kane and Barbosa have performed well for me. If you don't have anyone comfortable as Complete Forward i have found some success with Advanced Forward but Complete Forward is preferable.

Training

Pre Season: heavy fitness or team cohesion if a lot of new signings, and slider all the way to left to learn match tactics.

Once tactic is fluid: Balanced training. slider in the middle. Defensive positioning.

Always rest before and after games.

Also train each player to his specific role. i.e DM as half back, Striker as Complete Forward, Wingers as Insife Forward, etc.

It is important that the tactic is trained so your team is 100% accomplished with it for best results. Only then should you change to Defensive positioning training.

Corners

No changes, just have best player take it.

I will test it with Leicester, first two games... lost 4-1 to Arsenal away but beat 6-1 Newcastle at home will let you know how I get on :)

Doesn't look very good against Chelsea though! They gave you a good battering, 3-0 & 4-1.

after 10 games: 5 wins 1 draws 4 losses..
unfortunately very poor defensively 20 goals conceded!! and 22 scored

reduce mentality if i want to hold on to a lead ? what about tough away games?

I tend to drop to counter if its just a 1 goal lead going in to the last 15 or increase to attacking if 2 goals down, and then overload if still not winning with 10 left.

so generally leave as is but if you think its tight use your own judgement.

Stick with it, I actually found that in my Swansea save I was conceding very few goals once the tactic was fully fluid.

which team are you using?

This tactic is one of the best ones here. But you get fmed so often. Probbaly work better if you start the season with this tactic.

thanks mate. yeh for sure when trained from the very start so its fluid for the whole season is when I've had the results shown above.

Very impressed so far, good defensively once squad gets used to it and creats lots of chances, in a game vs Cardiff I had 7 clear cut chances and 10 half chances but only scored 1 goal... finishing was awful

looks good pal, for big away matches I've started to drop my LWB into LB and change mentality to counter. Just beat R.Madrid 1-0 away with Watford in doing so. Up to you though if you want to experiment with it. good to see your smashing it.

thats how the home matches looks with your tactic

I'm playing lower league, CF support hard to find, I'll have a tinker with it
