CAM and CB for 3,5 mil € each

Hi, I am looking for CAM and CB for Burnley in the half of the first season. I have 7 milion € to spend and I want improve this two positions... And I want young players...

mbiwa.. (cant remember his full name) hes half french *plays nationally* when he gets better plays very well and consitantly for the prem. u can sign him cheap.. plays all positions in Defense aswlel.
