Came wont even install...

I purchased this game and cannot installed it...

When it gets to the end of the installer, it says...

"the software you are installing has not passed Windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP."

Then it just quits the installer. Any idea what i need to do? This is driving me mad.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828031 try this it might work, according to the website it is to do with a patch that has been downloaded. You have automatic downloads and installation ticked on your comp i would remove them and just instal what you need as some of the **** microsfot give you to install just uses up memory and is useless.

Cheers for the reply but thats if your trying to install Internet Explorer 6 SP1...

I did look to see if have the hotfix which was causing problems, but i don't have that one... :?

As for googling the error, i have. The best result i've got is whats above. I'm not getting any results for FM2011...

Run windows update and get any high priority updates.

Other general things I would do:
Update your drivers
Run CCleaner to get rid of any temporary files and other ****
Defrag

just go down to the bit where it says fix it the rest is jsut telling you about the problem. you can download the file to fix or do it your self. Let us know how u get on no probs mate
