surely you dont need a guide, heres mine buy the best players interested in joining and win everything
 
With City use a 4-2-3-1. Reasearch the amatuer tactician's chalkboard thread and look up flase nine and use it for Tevez. Lots of freedom, short passing, pressing, high pressing, two quick CBs and high line, fluid, zonal marking and more roaming. That should be alright for starters.
