can anyone help?

i purchased fm13 yesterday after it was installed it loaded fine up till it got to the main menu, (loads the bit at the start i.e warchild lets kick racism out of football etc) but then the screen goes to just a blank screen, but when i move the cursor over the screen it changes to the hand pointing like there is something there to click. can anyone help me resolve this problem?

Have you tryed re-install it again, or try changeing your screen resolution to a different setting, sounds as though it's on screen but blacked out, when the game loads, it as pre-set settings and maybe these are too high/low for the screen settings on your machine.
