Hi,

just wondering about players, let's say about 25-30 years old, who have high PA (like 150) but low CA (like 60). Is there any chance to reach their full potential again at this age or ever? In my games I signed many of them, but never managed to make them good players with their potential fullfiled at least for 70%, although I had good facilities, coaches and so on. Any tips?

Thanks
(I am looking forward to your answer Raikan007, you had never let me down, when I was looking for something (H))

Pretty much no chance....player stats generally don't improve much once they reach 25 or so.

Hmmm... I doubt it... maybe if he has high determination, work rate and ambition ( they are key factors(stats) in players development). But he can't reach his potential when he comes in late 20s ( i.e. 28,29) I know Lisandro from Lion is 25 at start, but his attributes increase very quickly, so I think that's rare.
