Can I change what League a Team is in?

Well I was wanting to put Rangers and Celtic in the Premiership just to take them out of the bad league they are in and I was wondering if it was possible? Thanks a lot for the help. Even if it means using a editing program.

There is already a database for this(its old tho)I think it was called the old firm in the premier league
