Can i continue the game in other computer?

Hi m8s,
Currently, I am playing FM in this computer, but in a few days or maybe weeks, I will get a new one and this one is going to my Uncle...
Is there a way of continue the game I am playing in the other computer???
Like the Saves and the skins and facepacks i have downloaded?

Save them onto a memory card, or a CD or something like that. Then Transfer them to the new computer.

Surely re downloading skins and facepacks will not be that long.

As for save games what I do is to email them to myself so then they are always available, but beware if it is a long term save the file will be to large to email. If this is the case use the advice above (memory stick, phone etc).
