I own FIFA 07 and use to use it as a match engine for a little competition I run with friends. We would create our players and team logos and stick them in a league and then have it sim a season and see who would win (or say a number of season). I use to use a program called creation manager to edit FIFA 07 however that program will not run on Vista or Windows7 and my old computer that runs it on XP just died.
Will FM or will the editors which are associated with this site that work with FM allow me to create a swath of teams, players, and run a league (say two leagues with 8 teams each, one being tier 1, the other being tier 2) so that myself and my friends can continue simming our league and teams?
I know that this game is different in terms of the gameplay is not as good as Fifa however it looks what I would want, just before I buy it I want to know whether it is indeed what I need.
