Can i JUST mange my reserves or youth

as my title says is there any way to just mange my reserves/youth without manging first team?

Not a club level... You can manage the youth sides for national teams.

I guess you could always assign your assistant manager to handle all the first team duties and then select "Manage Reserves" and do it that way.... But you are still liable for the results of your first team.

Does that make sense?

Like i said earlier, You can go ahead and manage the u18 england squad or w/e if you wanna start that way...that could be fun!
