Can i manage U18's?

Im interested in managing a U18 team and not the senior. Is it possible to quit my job and become the manage of a U18 team? I tried swapping managers using FMRTE, but my game crashes when i try advancing date. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You can control the U18 if you go into staff instructions and put yourself in control, you need to fire your U18 manager though. You can't however quit your senior job, you'd have to control both.

You can control the u21/20/19/18 of a national team if you want to quit your job for it
