Can only offer low wages to staff

I'm managing southampton for the moment, everything's going well, however, I want to get some decent coaches as I have top training facilities and state of the art youth academy. However, I can only give £900 a week max for a coach, so I can't find any good coaches, especially for ball control and shooting...

Is there any way to get a higher max wage for staff?
 
Put your transfer budget into your wage budget that should give you more to offer, try offloading people on high wages that you don't need and take a look at Luke Shaw in your youth team if your playing on the 12.2 database he looks like he could turn out world class.
