Can some one answer a question on the tactics uploaded?

Okay so I'm pretty new to football manager and I see some of these tactics being uploaded.

Basically I'm being a bit enthusiastic as always and going to start in level 22, but say of I downloaded one of these tactics, and they say the tactic has such a player role. Do I need to have that specific player role in my squad or can i use some one that isn't good in that role? Say if it had a ball winning midfielder but I had none in my team will the tactic work just as good with a player taking on that role?

Depends. If a player is a roaming role, then you may change him with another roaming role. If not, it's important to keep the same Duty. Other role with the same Duty will also perform, however things will play out differently on the pitch.

So basically if I leave everything the same it should be okay? Even of they arnt the strongest in that role and duty?

My guess is that instead of 353939489 to 59689 chance to win, it will be a little different
