So they're both a number out of 200. What confuses me is the (-9) or some other minus number. Do this mean they'll get worse as its minus? Who will be better: A player with a CA of 140 and a PA of 170 or A player with a CA of 140 and a PA of -9 ?
The -9, -8 etc just means that everytime that you start a new game any young player with one of these as there PA will have a random CA set between 2 specific values now I cannot remember them off the top of my head but it is something like -10 PA = PA between 170-200, -9 PA = PA between 160-180. It carries on like this for each value.
The -minus tells us that the PA is not yet determined, it will be assigned a random value at the start of the game. And the number after the minus tells us how good. So a -1 player will have a very bad PA, whereas -9 or -10 will have the potential to be world class
