Can someone help me? Can't select nation

So I used the editor to add 3 teams and add a player each to them, all in Spain and Liga BBVA for use as a network game with friends. However, I went to test it and I can't select Spain as a nation. Why could this be? I've attached the data file for someone to look at if they need to, it's for the default database. View attachment 349344

La Liga can only have a maximum of 20 teams in it. Did you take 3 teams out of the league to make room for your 3 new clubs?
