Can someone reccomend a 4-2-2-2/4-2-4 tactic?

Well like the tactic say im just looking for a new tactic to play with my save as mine is conceeding too many goals and i finding it difficult with the new patches. Also it mustnt be il devasto. my team is:

GK: Howard
DR: Vrsaljko/Coleman
DC: Jagielka, Boyata, Bochetti, Rakitskyi
DL: Baines
MC: Rodwell, Fellaini, Witsel, Crisetig
AMRL: Prieto, Coutinho, Bouanotte, Griezmann
ST: Muniain,Schieber, Cahill, Caicedo
