Hi, say your a club who doesnt have much money say about 15million at the start of the season can a club get new owners to bring in alot more money? Because i am wolves after i done the update i won the championship because i had a sick team for the championship but now since i'm in the prem obv i need better players but i didnt get much money i dont want to do the money cheat because simply i'm not a cheat so can you get new owners in the game?

yes, but it's just pure luck..and it also depends on whether the owner loves your club at the minute or not. if he doesn't, then you have a greater chance of being taken over. And that might not necessarily mean taken over by a billionaire sugar daddy..you might end up getting less money from the new board.
