can u make a player have a bad life

i wanted to know if you could create players that wold give there managers a hard time such as missing training alot or always talking to the press/or being in the press for bad things, demanding things such as selling team mates and even bullying others. its not nice but it would make my leauge better as i have lots of players but would like a few to be bad players of the pitch ... please send me what you think

Set professionalism and determination and ambition and loyalty to 1. Similar stats to them should also be 1

Nah this would just stop them from renewing a contract. Really its only the mental and hidden stats that affect them turning up to training etc.

Referees don't have favored/disliked personnel.
