Can you access a game save from another computer using steam?

I was playing my game on another computer but forgot to transfer my save to my laptop before i went out, can i somehow access my saved game on my laptop using steam?

No, you can't.

No, any save games are saved to the location of that pc and there is no syncing with steam.
