Can you change the making of regen potential.

Hello is there a program our there that makes regen have better potential? so that you will get better players? A program that maybe can thange so that like 40% of all regens will get -10 potential?
 
Why would you want to do that? Are 40% of real players top class?
 
KingEric, in that program you cant change future regens potential, can you?

You're not going to get top players every time. I usually get a couple of players who might get into my first team as a backup. I'm six seasons in on my current save, but i'm yet to have a world-class regen from my academy.
 
snooloui i dont nececary need to have good players through my academy. just overall. i dont care if other clubs make the players, i just want a game with a lot of good regens. or potential good regens.

In that case, there are loads of good regens already, you don't need anymore.
