Can You Create a New Nation

Is it possible to create a new nation or delete nations or rename nations on Editor and add cities/rename/delete cities?

it's not possible unless you use the advanced editor which can be found on the sports interactive forum somewhere. i'm pretty sure the kingstopia one has ranmed a small nation with not much significance e.g wallis & futuna or a nation like that.

How can you rename nations/cities?

Open Editor ->load database -> nations -> select nation of your choice -> double click -> delete the current name and replace
