Can you create someone in editor to invest or buy out club?

i have been playin for a while as newcastle and was woundering can you create someone in editor to invest or buy out club?
or do you have to simply make someone the chairman???

You cant physically create anyone to buy a club. What you need to do is search for the club's Chairman, and set the board confidence and the stat next to board confidence to 10. Then when you load a new game, it will say something like "willing to listen to offers", or "looking to sell the club". Then, wait for someone to come along and buy the club. It may happen within a couple of weeks, or even a year or two.

from what I hear if someone is in the Board you tend to get less money, as they just change the person running it... You want to hope some businessman buys you out...
