Can you Download the Editor for FM12?

Can you download the official Editor for FM12 That has been on ever Football manager since the start. When i go to start it it says it cannot find the folders and saying the installations wrong.

Can anyone help me?
 
You download it from Steam in the tools downloads thingy
 
But you would have had to install Steam anyway to activate it. Even if you play offline you can still go into it to download it then just go offline again if you play that away
 
I can download the editor from steam but not the Real time editor :/
