Is it possible I can cancel a transfer after I have paid the money? It is currently December in my game and I have signed a player who will join on Jan 1st, once i had put the transfer through another player became available who i not cant afford! is it possible to cancel the 1st transfer?

Pay the other player with installments. 
I've had this situation before, But for me my first cancel was delayed due to work permit. when he finally accepted it I could no longer afford him.
