Cannot make tactical changes in head to heads

Hello.

I had this problem two different times, but everything went fine in other matches.

Sometimes, when I make a tactical change, the "Cancel pending substitutions" button won't disappear, so it's impossible for me to make any other changes. It usually lasts for about a single half of the match.

Is this a bug? How can we solve it?
