i am in my fourth or fifth season and cannot accept managerial positions for international teams.
Normally this doesn't bother me as the countries that have offered me a place are not very good, but this time England have and i would really like to accept. When i press accept, nothing changes and continues as normal until in few days i am asked again if i want the position
Reading other threads it says that you can download a patch that cures this problem but it doesn't make clear whether i can download this patch directly to the current game, as i wouldn't necessarily want to lose all i have done so far.
If so how?
