cant add training schedule

i hope this is right thread so sorry if it isnt....i downloaded said training then added in to documents in the schedule folder in fm but when i get in game i cannot find in...i go to add training and got to the inport part,i get schedules up b ut nothing seems to happen...where am i going wrong? please help

What kind of file did you download ? If it was .rar you need to extarct it first.
Are you looking in the right folder for the training schedules C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\schedules

what u mean extract it? got the training from here so i aint got a clue..im not very good with computers...i thought i just had to add in into schedule folder and it would be on the game...but when im on game it aint anywhere.
