Can't apply for foreign jobs

As the manager of AFC Wimbledon, I won League Two with them in my first season but due to finances I'd like to move elsewhere. Teams such as Bilbao and Freiburg have vacancies, but I don't see the 'Apply Now' button. These leagues (Serie A, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga and the 4 English leagues) have all been added to the game and have been there from the start.

Any solutions?

Are the league set to just 'run in background'? if they are you cant manage there.

Go to the add leagues option and see if they are loaded up in there. if not...add them and you'll have them at the end of their seasons
