Can't apply unlockable

I was in desperate need of a new stadium and since the board wouldn't allow it I decided to purchase the unlockable, 'New Stadia'. Yet for some reason when I go to the FM menu in the game and click on downloads and try to apply it, the option is greyed out. Help.View attachment 274126

That would be because you're not playing FMC.

FMC unlockables are only available for FMC.
